A 1million 2 thousand cubic meters landslide came down on the night of April 24 on the territory of Kyzyl-Tuu rural area of Suzak district, Jalal-Abad region.
As a result of the landslides shepherd's house and 1 barn were damaged. It creates a threat to two shepherds' houses. There were no victims.
On April 15 and April 16 the specialists of department for emergency situations' monitoring and forecasting have monitored the situation, the district administration and the head of the area were given instructions not to let the people and livestock there.
At the moment, the landslide is still active. As a result Almaluu river partially changed its course, there is the danger of a complete block of the river that would threaten 73 families in Almaluu-Bulak village, which is located downstream.
An explanatory work is being conducted with the local population at the time.
